  Congratulations! Your new job is monitoring spills from two North Carolina hog farms (Ackerby Farms and Baker Hog Works) and two municipal water treatment plants (Cabarrus County and Durham County). Each of these might experience a spill, or might not, in 2019. Spills are relatively infrequent, but they can lead to costly clean-up efforts and contaminated water supplies. We will treat these as random events.
  1. Give a Sample Space with each of the possible outcomes. How many possible outcomes are there?
  2. Does an equally-likely probability assignment seem appropriate? Why or why not?
