Just download the software and unzip it to a local disk and then run the program under Matlab environment. The software package includes some sample images as well. Please read and agree the license before running the program. A standalone version (compiled on Windows Vista 64bit)that does not require Matlab/Matlab image processing toolbox is now available here.
