- The Eno River NC State Park, many miles of wilderness for wandering along the river and up-and-down the forests, over many many square miles, with varied topography, wildlife and connections to Durham, NC and broader social history

The Eno River Association, a volunteer organization that helps take care of- and raises funding for- the upkeep and expansion of the Eno River park. The Association also organizes the annual 2-day EnoFest, a.k.a. the Festival for the Eno, over the weekend nearest July 4th.
