| Currently,
the outputs are simply the upper and lower bounds of log marginal
likelihood for each gene set saved in the single output file: result.txt.
Each lines in this numeric file corresponds to one gene set in the
input order, giving the lower bound and the upper
bound of log marginal likelihood for that gene set.
